Hosting

Hosting a course has several advantages for the organising agency, department or laboratory. For the employees there are no associated cost for travel and Hotels.

When an agency, department or laboratory decides to host a course, they become  responsible for marketing and coordinating registration of the course in order to meet the minimum and maximum class size of participants.

 For hosting a course successfully some requirement must be provided:

• a lecture room that is set up for digital media presentation (Power Point)
• a large, clean and clear area/ room for the laboratory experiments and practical exercises
• shipping and storage address for deliveries in advance of the class
• Material used in class, like gloves, fase masks, protected clothing and blood (list will be provided on request and contents depend on type of course).
